The glass sparrows are broken
Mama's glass sparrows are broken
The blue and orange ones she bought from Japan
I was just playing with adik
We were playing catch
Running and running and running
And as adik came barging at me
My hand accidentally hit the sparrow
As I took a sidestep and try to avoid adik
The sparrows fell from the window sill onto the floor
They fell with a loud CRASH!
Uh Oh! Here comes Mama
She looks mad
We're sorry Mama, it was an accident!
Mama is angry and yelling –
You girls have broken too many things!
